We provide two levels of employee support depending on your organization's needs.

Level 1: Voluntary Benefits Support

For employers we support with voluntary benefits strategy, we provide year-round support for voluntary benefits at no additional cost.

This includes:

  • Answering employee questions about voluntary benefits
  • Assisting with claims and policyholder needs (beneficiary changes, forms, etc.)
  • Supporting employees during open enrollment with education and enrollment

This support is typically funded through voluntary benefit commissions and does not require a direct employer fee.

Level 2: Full HR Call Center Support

Expanded Service

For organizations seeking broader support, we provide a year-round HR call center that serves as a first line of defense for employee questions. Employees contact us first—reducing the burden on HR teams.

This includes support across all benefits and HR-related needs:

  • Answering questions on all benefit plans
  • Supporting new hires with benefit education and enrollment
  • Assisting with life events and coverage changes
  • Supporting annual open enrollment communication and enrollment
  • Assisting with PTO sell periods and dependent audits

Many employers also route HR emails and voicemails to our team during open enrollment, allowing us to respond directly and further reduce internal workload.

Standard Hours

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

Open Enrollment Hours

Extended hours (earlier mornings & later evenings)
Saturday availability for complex workforces

During open enrollment, we expand availability to meet employee needs, including healthcare and public sector organizations.
